About Elyse

Please note: Elyse is currently not accepting new patients Helping You Step Into Your Authentic Power Late-diagnosed with ADHD, a deeply sensitive and creative woman, Elyse understands the exhaustion of shrinking yourself to fit a world that wasn’t built for you—and helps you step into your power, presence, and purpose. Core Areas of Support (Online & In-Person) Trained as a general client-centred counsellor, Elyse works with adult individuals from all walks of life, providing support in areas such as: ADHD, Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and neurodivergence Life transitions, identity, or career exploration Motherhood challenges and burnout Relationship or attachment difficulties Anxiety, stress, nervous system overwhelm, and burnout Psychedelic, spiritual, or dream integration support Unlearning harmful or oppressive systems Optional Symbolic, Experiential & Spiritual Support In today’s fast-paced, overstimulated world, many neurodiverse individuals or HSPs move through life feeling like emotional sponges—absorbing others’ stress and expectations without the tools to release or integrate it. Elyse recognizes that traditional talk therapy isn’t always enough and offers optional spiritual and experiential practices to support clarity and the mind–body–spirit connection. Drawing from ancient and contemporary traditions, she can weave in tools such as Astrology, Tarot/Oracle deck, Human Design, Jungian archetypes, dance/movement, or energy protection work. These practices are never used to predict the future but to illuminate the subconscious and help clients reconnect with what already lives within. All integrative offerings are optional, consent-based, and therapeutically grounded. Elyse’s Therapeutic Approach: Feminist, Relational, and Experiential Elyse blends evidence-based practices with lived experience and curious compassion. Drawing from attachment theory, neuroscience, and nervous system research, she incorporates meditation, Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work) to help clients explore, understand, and integrate the many parts of themselves that arise in moments of stillness or trigger. She witnesses clients as the scientists of their own lives—observing patterns, testing what works, and learning from each experiment with grace and kindness. Elyse believes that real, lasting change unfolds when clients feel safe in the therapeutic relationship, where their nervous system can settle, and every part of themselves—even the imperfect or messy—can be witnessed and embraced. Begin Your Journey Now Elyse trusts in humans’ innate capacity to heal and grow, even through times of uncertainty or discomfort. She also recognizes that not everyone is meant to do it alone, and that finding the right therapist matters. If this bio speaks to you, Elyse welcomes you to a no-pressure, complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels right.
