Elsa Leconte-Pichon is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Psychopathological Psychology. She offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore their experiences and challenges. Her approach is psychodynamic, client-centered, and trauma-informed. She believes in the importance of exploring both present concerns and deeper patterns from the past to foster meaningful and lasting change. Elsa works with youth, adults, and groups, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, substance use challenges, traumatic shock, and complex trauma. She provides care for vulnerable clients, including those in crisis, victims of trauma, individuals facing illness, grief, low self-esteem, and attachment difficulties. Elsa is committed to walking alongside her clients with empathy and care as they navigate their healing journey and create space for personal growth. She offers counselling services in both English and French. She is available for in-person or online sessions on Saturdays and Sundays.
