About Ellana

I discovered osteopathy through my own pregnancy, working with a practitioner who helped me feel stronger and more connected to my body. That experience led me to study at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy after years of teaching and raising my family. I love looking at the body as a whole, understanding how it adapts and compensates, and treating the root cause rather than just the symptom. I especially enjoy supporting families through every stage of life, from childhood through pregnancy and beyond. My style is collaborative, calm, and comfortable. Outside the clinic, I enjoy music, art, travel, and time with my children.
