About Ella
With over a decade of experience across the B.C. and Alberta education systems, Ella provides compassionate mental health support for children, youth, and adults. She partners with the Crime Victim's Assistance Program (CVAP) and ICBC to provide support to victims of trauma as well as grief. She is a provider with Autism Funding Unit and provides neuro-affirming care. Her approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and can be blended with the creative healing of Expressive Art and Play Therapy (for children).
Ella is known for her warm energy and deep, present listening. She is dedicated to strengthening her community by helping families navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
