About Ella

Ella’s purpose in her practice is to help clients learn, build, and regain musculoskeletal function to let you become the best version of yourself! Whether you’re relearning how to walk up the stairs or looking to strengthen your swing, she is there to support you! As a previous multi-sport athlete, she understands the drive and passion in wanting to better your physical abilities; and she can help you get there using individualized and unique exercise prescription. Ella is a Registered Kinesiologist with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a Specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Waterloo. Alongside this, she has experience working with individuals who have had a stroke, cancer, mild cognitive impairment, and other chronic conditions and has helped them limit deconditioning and reduce fall risk through functional strength and balance training. Additionally, Ella has also worked with youth athletes in building fundamental motor skills and correcting postural malalignments using developmentally appropriate activities for each age group. Overall, she wants to help you create your dream healthcare plan and achieve your functionality goals!
