About Elizabeth

Elizabeth has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2021, and is in good standing with the CMTO. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of patient populations, developing a unique clinical focus to support cancer survivors, athletes, and first responders. As a Certified Decongestive Therapist (Vodder III), Elizabeth is well versed in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and lymphedema management. She has been supporting cancer survivors since the start of her career, with extensive experience managing arm lymphedema post-breast cancer, face and neck lymphedema, and primary leg lymphedema. Her approach is rooted in providing compassionate, effective care for those navigating the complexities of post-surgical recovery. Elizabeth is also passionate about supporting active populations. Holding an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification, she provides field-side emergency care for a variety of sports. This "on-field" perspective allows her to better understand sport-specific injuries. Elizabeth has experience providing massage therapy to rugby players, hockey players, weight lifters, and long distance runners. Client education and empowerment is at the heart of Elizabeth’s practice. When she isn’t in the clinic or on the sidelines, Elizabeth stays grounded through strength training, yoga, and spending time outdoors.
