Hello/Bonjour, my name is Elizabeth (you can call me Liz!) and I am one of the Co-founders of Choosing You. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I primarily work with individuals who may be struggling with depression, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and grief. I also have unique experience working with undergraduate and graduate students, medical students and healthcare professionals.
