Osteopathy isn't just about treating pain when it shows up, it's about understanding how your body works as a whole, so you can take better care of it over time. My approach relies on precise techniques, chosen for you and for their ability to produce lasting results. My goal goes beyond relieving what brought you in today, it's about helping you understand your body better, from posture to movement patterns, so you can take care of it over the long term. I trained as an osteopath for five years at the Andrew Taylor Still Academy (ATSA) in France, where my thesis explored how osteopathy can support orthodontic treatment in TMJ dysfunction. I have since continued building on that foundation with additional training in posture.

“Great experience for my first visit. Julia Duplessy was very professional and patient. The fact that she was able to speak in french with me was a real plus for me.
