For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people feel more comfortable, capable, and at home in their bodies. As a massage therapist, I’m equal parts therapist, detective, and wellness enthusiast—always curious about what your body is trying to communicate.
My treatments blend therapeutic techniques with a calming, intuitive approach, creating a space where relaxation and results can coexist. I’m endlessly fascinated by the body-brain connection and have a healthy obsession with neuroscience, movement, and understanding why we do what we do—from our stress responses to our recovery patterns.
