Elena received her Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She has been in practice for 10 years and has experience working in a private practice where she facilitated services with clients of all ages and with a variety of communication needs. She has experience working with children with the following communication difficulties: expressive and receptive language delay, speech sound errors, motor speech difficulties, children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, AAC, social/pragmatic disorders, stuttering, and those with reading and writing difficulties. Elena is trained in the Lidcombe Program, a behavioural remediation program for stuttering.
Elena values collaborative treatment, and enjoys working together with clients’ families and therapy team to achieve their communication goals.
Elena focuses on providing services that are individually tailored to each client so that they can reach their maximum potential. Her services are fun, enthusiastic and energetic!
