Dr. EJ Carino
Dr. EJ Carino obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto after completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.
EJ takes an evidence-based and patient-centred approach to chiropractic care and enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels. His goal is to help patients better understand their bodies, move with confidence, and get back to the activities that matter most to them. His approach combines hands-on care with individualized exercise and rehabilitation, with treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle.
His treatments may incorporate chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques, cupping therapy, taping techniques, and personalized exercise prescription and rehabilitation. With a background in kinesiology and a lifelong interest in sports and strength training, EJ has a particular interest in treating sports and training-related injuries, neck and back pain, headaches, and the everyday aches and pains that can come from work, recreation, and an active lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, you'll usually find EJ in the gym, playing basketball or golf, watching sports, discovering new music, or DJing. He also enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
