About Eiko

Eiko is a certified Remedial Massage Therapist with a diploma in Remedial Massage and a Bachelor in Human Movement Studies. Eiko has a signature style of holistic remedial massage. Due to her well-trained, well-tuned muscles and body structure, Eiko is able to generate strokes that are broader and firmer in comparison to your regular remedial massage therapists. This is thanks to her history as a former JBBF: Japan BodyBuilding Federation’s state champion, and her highly developed skills as a Karate instructor (3rd Dan Blackbelt). Combined with personalised passive joint mobilisation and soft tissue alignment techniques (a much gentler approach for those who suffer from issues such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis and frozen shoulder), Eiko’s treatments have been known to effectively aid clients to alleviate symptoms including general muscle fatigue, postural imbalances, scoliosis and post-injury muscle imbalances just to name a few. All of Eiko’s sessions involve some well-needed relaxation and TLC, so that you leave the treatment feeling calm as well as energised.
