I create space for people to look at what's actually going on, without judgment and without pressure to perform. I have a particular interest in men's mental health, along with anxiety, family stress, and the patterns we sometimes pass down without meaning to. We'll work at a pace that makes sense for you.
I also work with parents looking for practical support as they navigate raising their kids.
