Where are you from? Richmond, Canada What were you doing before pursuing RMT? Before pursuing RMT, I gained extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles within medical specialty clinics. These roles allowed me to develop strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while working closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Why do you want to be an RMT? My decision to become a Registered Massage Therapist stems from a deep desire to make a tangible and positive difference in people’s lives. Through my past work in healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of compassionate care. How do you like to spend your time outside of work/school Outside of work and school, I love spending time with my husband, our lively toddler, and wonderful group of friends. Whether it’s being in nature, trying new recipes, or enjoying a movie, I value simple, joyful moments. What is your favourite thing about VCMT? My favorite thing about VCMT is my cohort—we’ve built such a supportive and fun community where everyone lifts each other up. I’m grateful to be on this journey with all of them!
