About Drew

Drew earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen's University. As a physiotherapist, he has primarily worked in orthopaedics with a combination of upper body and lower body conditions; a large part of his caseload has been made up of ICBC and WSBC clients, as well as chronic conditions and post-operative rehabilitation. Drew's treatment approach emphasizes active rehabilitation and patient collaboration, complemented by manual therapy and therapeutic modalities when appropriate to help manage symptoms. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Drew completed a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, with a focus on exercise science and elective coursework in pathology and rehabilitation. He then worked as a kinesiologist for four years across various settings, including physiotherapy clinics, stroke rehabilitation (supporting a hand therapy program), orthotics, and as an athletic trainer. Originally from Cloverdale, Drew grew up playing a variety of sports, eventually competing at the collegiate level in volleyball. His own experience with sports injuries and physiotherapy inspired his transition into his career as a physiotherapist. Outside the clinic, Drew spends most of his time playing golf and improving his game; however, there has been no progress yet....
