My practice has a focused interest in digestive health and the perimenopause transition.
- This includes bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea, food sensitivities, SIBO/SIFO, dysbiosis, heartburn/reflux, or generalized indigestion. My goal is to help you go from feeling limited by your symptoms to feeling confident in you body and in control of you digestion.
- Hormone changes: this includes skipped or changing periods, insomnia, new onset anxiety or low mood or hot flashes/night sweats. I help you navigate these, discuss indicated blood work and discuss options for support. I also have extra training in menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).

My path to naturopathic medicine began while working as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation. That experience shaped my understanding of the connection between physical, mental, and emotional health and informs how I approach patient care.
