Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here. I’m Dr. Wafa, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor living and practicing in Toronto. I’m a mother of two, a creative at heart, a foodie, and deeply passionate about helping people create a life that feels healthy, fulfilling, and truly enjoyable. In a world that moves quickly and often asks us to keep pushing, it’s easy to lose connection with our bodies and overlook the signals they are giving us. I believe that disease is often the body's way of telling us something is out of balance, and my role is to help uncover the root cause. My approach to naturopathic medicine is rooted in slowing down, listening carefully, and creating the right conditions for the body to heal. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to wellness, and I work collaboratively with each patient to develop a thoughtful, tailored treatment plan that supports their unique health goals.
