Dr. Tommy Tseng, OD, was born in Taiwan and grew up in Burnaby, BC. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He went on to pursue a Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, where he graduated in 2009 with Cum Laude Honours.
