Dr. Tiffany Ng developed an early interest in human movement and health through a personal journey that began in her adolescence. Growing up with little emphasis on physical activity, Dr. Ng’s perspective shifted after witnessing a close family member experience age-related muscle loss and declining independence. This experience sparked a commitment to preventative care and long-term physical health, motivating Dr. Ng to begin strength training and explore various forms of movement, including track and field and dance.
Driven by a fascination with human physiology and movement, Dr. Ng completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Following graduation, Dr. Ng worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in a physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic, where she gained hands-on experience guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises and witnessed meaningful improvements in function and quality of life. These experiences solidified Dr. Ng’s desire to pursue a career in chiropractic care. Dr. Ng went on to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).
