Raised in Delta and a resident of South Surrey since 2009, Dr. Lehwald is deeply honored to begin serving the beautiful Ocean Park community. Taylor began his post-secondary education at Simon Fraser University, where he obtained his bachelors degree in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology. With a keen interest in the health professions, Taylor was led down the Chiropractic path through his personal experiences from various sports injuries growing up. Following recovery from a significant knee injury sustained playing hockey, Taylor realized the great opportunity to help people with Chiropractic, manual therapies, and active rehabilitation. Taylor went on to study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic and graduated with Cum Laude honors. In practice, Dr. Lehwald has a passion for sports injury management, movement assessment, functional rehabilitation and general patient care. Dr. Lehwald has worked extensively with a variety of athletes from different sports backgrounds. His evidence-based approach to Chiropractic and rehabilitation not only benefits athletes, but people of all ages. Dr. Lehwald is trained in the latest assessment, treatment and rehabilitation techniques in order to provide you with the best care possible. In Dr. Lehwald’s free time he enjoys playing hockey, cycling, swimming, golfing and hiking. In recent years, Dr. Lehwald has developed a passion for running and has completed several marathons in North America. He is also an avid sports fan, cheering for all Vancouver’s finest teams! Dr. Lehwald is currently accepting new patients.
