“We began our experience with Dr Tara by a friends referral and we are so thankful!! My infant, my 6 year old and myself all are treated on a regular basis by Dr. Tara! I also have completed two of Dr Taras growco courses which have really helped not only help my body feel stronger and healthier after giving birth, but also the course has helped my mental state. My kids get so excited for their time with Tara! She is incredibly gentle with them! For my infant- he sleeps better and is more regular and happy after his adjustments and my 6 year old, who has had hip issues since she was younger, has been able to enjoy her dance classes and general physical much better! “Tara treated me during my pregnancy for my back, hips, and diastasis recti and it definitely helped me to continue working until I gave birth. For my abdomen she used K-tape and it provided so much relief. I am now seeing Tara for regular postnatal care--hips, back and neck adjustments for my aches and pains from nursing and acupuncture for my arm from holding the baby. I also started taking my baby when he was 3 weeks old. He loves his treatments from Tara!”

“I visited Tara after injuring my foot/ankle. After a through in-take exam, she started to work and it felt amazing! While my foot is better, I am now enjoying further treatments on my hips and lower back. Tara also offers Acupuncture. I appreciate all of her services! Tara is professional, competent and thorough.
