I was drawn to the field of naturopathic medicine by a deep curiosity about the body as a complex biological network—how it heals, adapts, and restores balance. I’m passionate about helping people truly thrive, not just get by. My approach combines evidence‑based treatments with integrative, patient‑centered care. What excites me most about my work is supporting patients as they regain energy, confidence, and a deeper connection to their health.
I take a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates physical, emotional, and mental health through the core foundations of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress regulation. When appropriate, I also incorporate injection therapies, personalized hormonal optimization, and IV therapy to promote lasting vitality.
I’m particularly passionate about musculoskeletal medicine and the regenerative potential of PRP, prolotherapy, and ultrasound‑guided treatments.
Outside of my clinical practice, you can usually find me hiking with my dog, Rufus, practicing yoga, or exploring new travel destinations. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach their optimal health potential.
