About Stephanie

Hi I’m Dr. Steph, one of the Naturopathic Doctors here at Healthspace Collective. I have a focus in fertility and menopausal concerns. My goal is simply to help you achieve your goals, whether that be preparing for a natural conception, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and carrying to term and having a healthy baby. I also work with women who are entering their menopausal era. This could be someone in their 20s or 30s who is encountering premature ovarian insufficiency or it could someone in their mid-late 40s who is noticing a shift in body and mind. In addition to these concerns, I see a range of reproductive issues such as PMS, PMDD, PCOS, painful periods, irregular bleeding, endometriosis, and cyclical problems (migraines etc.) My treatment plan is guided by your preferences and needs. We may utilize lifestyle changes, nutrition, herbs and nutrient supplementation, IV therapy, acupuncture, and/or additional testing and referral. In the Wild Outside of the clinic, I live an active life with my husband and two young boys. As a family we love to travel, ski, surf, and play all water related sports.
