I am passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centered chiropractic care with a focus on treating the body as a whole. I believe recovery and wellness go beyond addressing a single area of pain, which is why my approach considers movement, lifestyle, and overall function from head to toe to help patients feel and perform at their best.
My treatment approach combines spinal and extremity adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, electroacupuncture, and personalized rehabilitation exercises tailored to each patient’s individual goals and needs. I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing my Bachelor of Science at McMaster University.
I value creating a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, educated, and empowered throughout their care journey.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active through Pilates, running, and taking on new fitness challenges.
