Dr. Simran Chana is a dedicated chiropractor committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physiology & Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. Her dual academic background equips her with a strong foundation in both human physiology and grounded clinical practice.
In addition to traditional spinal adjustments, Dr. Chana is certified in Active Release Technique (ART), Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and KinesioTaping. These adjunctive therapies are integrated thoughtfully into her care, from targeted soft-tissue work to dynamic taping protocols, enhancing recovery, reducing pain, and improving function.
Additionally, she is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is certified in the Webster Technique. Dr. Chana is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and skills in prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric care through ongoing education with the ICPA.
