About Shreya
Born and raised in Calgary, Dr. Shreya Mistry has always had a deep passion for holistic medicine. This interest led her to pursue a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Health at the University of British Columbia, where she discovered her calling in naturopathic medicine. She went on to earn her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2024.
Dr. Mistry is especially passionate about supporting patients who are navigating the pressures of a busy life while managing complex health concerns. She has a particular clinical interest in metabolic health, hormonal imbalances, fertility, and digestive issues—areas where modern stress often takes a toll. In addition to these, she treats a wide range of conditions and works collaboratively with each patient to create a personalized plan that supports their overall well-being.
Her approach is rooted in evidence-informed care and guided by a holistic philosophy. By identifying root causes and supporting the body’s natural healing processes, Dr. Mistry empowers her patients to take control of their health with clarity and confidence. She is trained in and offers a variety of modalities, including lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine, and clinical nutrition—always tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of her patients.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Mistry enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with family, and diving into a good book.
