Dr. Shelly Bouvier's passion for movement began in her youth as a competitive dancer and grew into a lifelong commitment to helping others build healthy habits and lasting resilience in their bodies. After starting chiropractic care at age eight following a skating accident, she developed a strong belief that optimal spinal health should begin early. Shelly works closely with each patient to correct movement patterns and address everyday stressors, helping them move with ease, build better habits, and perform at their best - whatever their goals may be. Empowering patients to understand their own bodies and take an active role in their health is at the heart of her care.

1. Low Back/Pelvis: Dr. Shelly’s chiropractic philosophy is rooted in the idea that many body issues start with limited movement in the hips and low back. With today’s sedentary lifestyles, dysfunction in this area can affect the entire body. Her focus is on improving mobility, strength, and spinal resilience to create a strong foundation for overall movement and health.
2. Women's Health: Dr. Shelly helps address women’s health concerns such as low back pain during menstrual cycles and the physical changes associated with menopause. Through daily habit awareness, and phase-specific exercises, she prioritizes helping every woman understand her body while bridging an important gap in women’s health care and empowering women to feel confident in their bodies.
3. Youth: Whether children are starting new activities, learning to ride a bike, or developing posture habits at school, Dr. Shelly supports them through every stage of growth with chiropractic care. She makes visits fun and engaging while incorporating daily exercises to help kids stay active, move well, and reach their goals.
4. Golfers: Whether just starting out or a seasoned player, Dr. Shelly helps golfers move with proper biomechanics and overcome physical roadblocks. Using sport-specific exercises (TPI), she enhances performance, reduces aches and pains, and supports a healthy spine, so you can enjoy your game for years to come.
