About Sheena
Dr. Sheena is a licensed chiropractor with a passion for helping people move and feel their best through evidence-based, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and is certified in contemporary medical acupuncture. She also holds advanced training in the Webster Technique.
Her treatment approach incorporates Diversified techniques, including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and individualized rehabilitation to address the root cause of pain and promote long-term wellness. Whether managing a new injury, chronic discomfort, or working toward performance goals, care is always tailored to each patient's unique needs.
With a strong focus on education, empowerment, and collaborative care, she ensures patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys long walks around the neighbourhood with her family and trying out new foods—whether cooking at home or exploring local restaurants.
