Dr. Gagner joined us in 2024. He was raised in Bellingham, Washington but decided to pursue his university studies in Canada. He completed a Bachelor of Education degree at Trinity Western University in Langley, where he met my lovely wife, Larisa. After a very brief teaching career here in Victoria, he attended UVIC
