It's about waking up each day with clarity, joy, and the confidence that you're living your best life. As a Naturopathic Doctor, my mission is to guide you toward that place of vibrant health; not just for today, but for the long, fulfilling life you deserve. I graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree, where my fascination with the science of the human body began. My curiosity about the mind-body connection and the power of natural healing led me to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. There, I completed a rigorous 4-year program and trained at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and the Sherbourne Health Center. These experiences taught me the importance of listening deeply to patients and meeting them where they are in their health journey. My practice focuses on helping people feel their best, naturally. Whether it's female's health and hormonal balance, improving metabolic health, stress and mental health management, or addressing digestive issues, I'm here to support you with personalized, evidence-based care. I believe that when people understand their bodies and have the right tools, they can make lasting changes that transform their health and their lives.
