About Sarah

Dr. White is a registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Ontario. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Prior to medical school, Sarah earned an Honors degree from the University of Ottawa. Following this, she attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario, for a 4-year accredited naturopathic medicine program that included more than1,200 hours of clinical experience 3,000 hours of classroom training. As a holistic primary care practitioner, I recognize the importance of treating patients with personalized and integrative medicine. With special interests in women’s health, weight loss, digestion, thyroid health, stress management and autoimmune disease, I am passionate about empowering my patients and inspiring healthy change. I practice what I preach and I work with patients to uncover the root cause of health issues. My goal is to help you to make positive lifestyle changes in order thrive and enjoy a healthier and more beautiful life. Healthy cooking and baking are my true passion, my ‘raison d’être’, and I love sharing recipes that are as healthy as they are delicious. I’ve created my professional blog www.thisdoctorskitchen.com in order to share my passion for tasty, healthy, local, plant-based, and gluten-free food. I want to help my patients discover that real food is truly the most powerful medicine.
