Dr. Samantha Maloney, ND, is a Naturopathic Doctor who helps individuals restore balance to their hormones, metabolism, and energy. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Life Sciences degree with distinction from McMaster University before completing her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and has completed additional training to meet the ND Standard of Prescribing, as well as certification in Intravenous Vitamin Infusion Therapy. Dr. Sam works primarily with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, individuals facing metabolic challenges such as resistant weight loss and insulin resistance, and those managing chronic stress or burnout - whether balancing a demanding career, a busy household, or both. Her approach is rooted in identifying and addressing the root cause of dysfunction rather than managing symptoms. Her goal is to make health practical by translating complex physiology into clear, actionable strategies that fit real life. She’s passionate about helping patients understand why they feel the way they do and how to rebuild the foundation for lasting energy, metabolic stability, and hormonal regulation. Outside of practice, Dr. Maloney values movement, nourishment, and exploration in her own life. She enjoys weightlifting, hot yoga, experimenting in the kitchen and traveling (ideally somewhere she can scuba dive and explore the ocean)!
