About Sahib
Dr. Sahib Gill graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic. Prior to his postgraduate studies, he completed his undergraduate degree in Honours Kinesiology with a minor in psychology at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Sahib Gill provides evidence-based care and creates treatments plans specific to patient’s goals. He is an advocate of active care and emphasizes rehabilitation exercises to help patients with long term success. He also uses a variety of techniques such as myofascial release technique, spinal manipulations, mobilizations, and provides patient education where diagnoses are thoroughly explained. He believes in providing patients the time they need and makes sure they are comfortable with treatment. Dr. Sahib Gill also plans to broaden his skill set by pursuing his Medical Acupuncture, Kinesio-taping, and Titleist Performance Institute certifications in the near future.
Growing up, Dr. Sahib Gill played Ball Hockey competitively at the provincial, national, and international levels. Through Ball Hockey Dr. Sahib Gill witnessed and experienced injuries first-hand and learned the importance of rehabilitation exercises and maintenance of health. He believes in looking at the person as a whole and investigating other Non-Musculoskeletal factors, such as the patient’s lifestyle, that may be impacting their condition.
When Dr. Sahib Gill is not in the clinic, you can find him on the golf course, tennis courts, or cheering on the Maple Leafs.
