About Rachel
Rachel is a Registered Acupuncturist who takes a practical and individualized approach to care. She works closely with each client to understand their goals and create treatment plans that support both symptom relief and long-term wellbeing.
Rachel has a special interest in musculoskeletal health, addressing concerns such as neck and shoulder tension, headaches, back pain, TMJ dysfunction, and stress-related tension. Her treatments are designed to support recovery, improve mobility, and help clients feel more comfortable in their day-to-day lives.
Alongside acupuncture, Rachel incorporates a variety of treatment techniques, including fire cupping, gua sha, electroacupuncture, and manual therapy. She believes healthcare should be collaborative and strives to ensure clients feel heard, supported, and comfortable throughout their care.
