Amber Dai graduated from Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2010, and went on to complete a three-year program at Macewan university in Edmonton. She has practiced in Edmonton since 2020.
Amber is passionate about pain management, treating conditions such as shoulder pain, back pain, knee pain, and other chronic and acute pain issues. She also has a strong focus on stress-related conditions, including insomnia, anxiety, depression, PMS, and menopause symptoms, as well as weight control. She brings with her the clinical experience gained from working in Guizhou TCM hospital back in China.
Amber further trained in Japan, studying Japanese-style cosmetic acupuncture. Her broader treatment toolkit includes acupuncture, electroacupuncture, fire cupping, moving cupping, and gua sha.
