About Paige
Dr. O’Neill grew up in Ottawa playing basketball, soccer, running, Nordic skiing, and cycling. Summers with her grandparents in Newfoundland fostered her love of the outdoors and appreciation for small victories. This East Coast connection continued at Dalhousie University, where she completed a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. Volunteer work with athletic, chronic pain, cancer, and geriatric populations inspired her interest in chiropractic care.
She later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During her final internship, she served the Rexdale, Ontario community, supporting patients with chronic pain and empowering them through education, rehabilitative exercise, and links to community resources.
Dr. O’Neill enjoys bouldering, nordic skiing, running, and playing Australian football.
Approach to care
Dr. O’Neill values the broader impact a chiropractor can have. By identifying personal goals, offering evidence-based care and anatomical education, and connecting patients to helpful resources, she supports meaningful, everyday progress in their health journey.
