Nicole is a Naturopathic Doctor who helps patients navigate concerns related to digestion, hormones, fatigue, skin health, and metabolic health through personalized, evidence-informed care. She enjoys working with individuals at every stage of their health journey, from addressing chronic concerns to optimizing energy, recovery, and overall wellness. Alongside her general practice, Nicole has a special interest in supporting women’s health across the lifespan, from menstrual health and fertility to peri-menopause and beyond! With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in general and emergency medicine, she brings a unique perspective to patient care. As a licensed Naturopathic doctor, she has completed additional training in IV Nutrient Therapy, Iron Deficiency Assessment & Treatment, and Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. Nicole is passionate about making healthcare collaborative and approachable. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered with practical treatment plans that fit their lifestyle and health goals. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NSAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and is licensed through the Nova Scotia Chiropractic & Naturopathic Regulator (NSCNR).
