Dr. Nic Race is not currently taking new ICBC clients at this time. Dr. Nicholas Race graduated with a Human Kinetics degree from UBC Okanagan in 2013. Shortly after, he ventured to San Jose, California for his chiropractic education at Palmer West. As a Presidential Scholar graduating with Suma Cum Laude honours it’s clear he is very passionate about helping people. He is determined to share this passion to help his patients reach their goals and live their happiest/healthiest lives. A firm believer in evidence informed medicine, Nic can always be found studying or attending continuing education seminars. He holds certifications in Active Release Technique (full body), Smart Tools IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), Rocktape (kinesiology taping) and SFMA (selective functional movement assessment). Throughout his years of an active lifestyle and competitive sports, Nic has suffered several injuries. The amazing help he received from both chiropractic and physiotherapy inspired his career choice. Nic has adopted a treatment style that includes chiropractic adjustments to restore proper mobility, soft tissue therapies and functional rehabilitative exercises to train proper movement. It’s his mission for you to leave his office feeling better, educated and back on track as soon as possible. When he’s not helping his patients you can find Nic enjoying the outdoors. Some of his favourite activities include snowboarding, soccer, golfing, fishing and scuba diving.
