Growing up in this beautiful province I am proud to call home, I embarked on my professional journey with excitement and passion. My education and training started at Simon Fraser University in the faculty of health sciences where I earned my BSc and I then embarked on the four year Naturopathic medical program. I am a passionate healer, and dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional transitions as a team.
In my practice I enjoy treating musculoskeletal/sports injuries. I want us to work together in determining the most effective treatment for you. We begin by going over your top health goals followed by a thorough medical history in order to gain an understanding of your day to day living and how it is affecting your health. With this foundation set, I will tailor a treatment plan aimed towards achieving your health goals. I use a variety of treatment methods including, but not limited to: injection therapies, spinal adjustments, nutrition, exercise counselling, and non-pharmaceutical supplementation.
