I am an independent naturopathic doctor residing within Purely Wellness. I focus on traditional naturopathic medicine, emphasizing non-pharmaceutical health approaches rooted in nutrition and the determinants of health. To maintain my personal and ethical focus I do not prescribe pharmaciticals or perform nutritional IVs. I have clinical expertise in ADHD, adult autism and neurodiversity, functional testing, gut health and metabolic health to help you achieve optimal well-being. I also address blood sugar balance, nervous system regulation, and burnout/stress support. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming for those with anxiety, ADHD, or autism.
