About Nadine
Dr. Nadine Khoury is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, with 8 years of post-secondary education. She earned her Honours Bachelor degree from Queen’s University followed by a Doctorate Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
Dr. Khoury combines conventional medical knowledge with scientifically proven and evidence-based natural therapies to treat the underlying causes of medical conditions.
She offers a unique functional medicine approach to healthcare that involves identifying the biochemical and physiological imbalances within the individual to provide long-term health.
While she maintains a general practice, Dr. Khoury focuses on hormonal health/functional endocrinology, adjunctive cancer care, autoimmune disease, environmental medicine, mental health and fertility.
She believes that the practice of medicine is a consultative process, one that begins by assessing each patient’s unique case and developing a treatment plan to suit the individual. Dr. Khoury’s mission is to replace short-term treatments with a fully transparent, forward thinking approach, allowing patients to feel empowered when it comes to their health. She provides an empathetic and supportive approach to patient care, and is driven by her passion to inspire others to live their healthiest life possible.
Dr. Khoury has been a guest speaker on TV shows such as Breakfast Television Toronto and Montreal, The Local View-Health and Wellness on Rogers TV and has contributed to articles published in the Toronto Star and health editorials such as livinghealthy.com.
Dr. Nadine Khoury is a Graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Life Sciences and a Minor in French from Queen’s University. She completed a clinical internship at the Robert Shad Naturopathic Clinic, with a focus in Adjunctive Cancer Care. In addition to that, she also completed an internship at the Brampton Civic Naturopathic Clinic, the first Naturopathic Clinic within a hospital setting in Canada. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
Scope of Practice:
Dr. Khoury is licensed to prescribe bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), thyroid replacement therapy, intravenous micronutrient therapy (IVMT) and is additionally certified in facial rejuvenation acupuncture.
Languages:
She is fluent in English, French and Arabic and is comfortable providing her services in any of those languages.
