About Montana

Dr. Speed is thrilled to be bringing her clinical skills to Milton. As an evidence-based practitioner, Dr. Speed provides individualized treatment plans in order to meet the needs of her patients. She offers a variety of techniques including chiropractic manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and education to empower her patients to achieve their goals. She is also certified to provide acupuncture via McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program, which she is very excited to offer to her patients. Dr. Speed’s passion for health and wellness began during her time at the University of Guelph where she completed her Honours B.Sc. in Nutrition & Nutraceutical Sciences. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Suma Cum Laude. She loves to learn and constantly searches for opportunities to expand her knowledge to better help her patients using an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. In her spare time you can find Dr. Speed taking care of her “plant-babies” in the garden, reading a new book or spending time with her family and friends.
