Dr. Molly was born and raised in Colorado and completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Colorado State University before earning her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. After graduating in 2018, she practiced in Northern Colorado for three years before moving to British Columbia and has been practicing in Chilliwack since 2021.
Dr. Molly has a particular interest in women’s hormonal and metabolic health, including PMOS (PCOS), insulin resistance, weight loss and weight management, perimenopause, menopause, PMS/PMDD, and menstrual and fertility concerns. She also enjoys working with patients experiencing gut health concerns, including IBS, bloating, constipation, and other digestive symptoms, as well as fatigue, ADHD, anxiety, acne, eczema, and hair loss. Her approach combines naturopathic care with evidence-informed treatment options tailored to each patient’s individual health concerns, needs, and goals.
Dr. Molly is registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the British Columbia Naturopathic Doctors (BCND). She holds prescribing authority in British Columbia, as well as certifications in acupuncture and PRP for aesthetics. This allows her to offer a range of treatment options when appropriate, including prescription medications, acupuncture, microneedling, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments for skin and hair health.
Through her work with women experiencing hormonal and metabolic concerns, Dr. Molly developed The Metabolic Restoration Method, a 10-week educational program designed to help women better understand their hormones and metabolism, move away from frustrating cycles of dieting, and build practical, sustainable habits that support their long-term metabolic health.
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Molly loves being outside, going for a run, or spending the day at the lake. Most of all, she loves spending time with her family and her two young kids
