About Michelle

Dr. Michelle Ing is a licensed chiropractor who takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to care, helping patients reduce pain, improve movement, and get back to doing what they love. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She uses a combination of spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, fascial scraping, and medical acupuncture to provide individualized care tailored to each patient’s needs. As a former competitive swimmer, Dr. Ing understands firsthand the physical demands that sport and everyday life can place on the body. This experience has shaped her commitment to patient-centred care, taking the time to understand each person’s goals and creating individualized treatment plans to help them move better, recover effectively, and return to the activities they enjoy. She has a special interest in treating TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and neck pain, while also helping patients manage sports injuries, everyday aches and pains, and movement-related conditions. She believes the body is interconnected and strives to address the root cause of symptoms to support long-term health and function. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ing enjoys exploring new cities, training for her next half marathon, and spending time outdoors appreciating nature.
