Dr. Berenstein graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2004 and holds an honours degree in Biology and Kinesiology from York University. Dr. Berenstein is a licensed member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) and a member of the Canadian (CCA) and Ontario (OCA) Chiropractic Associations.
In addition to chiropractic, Dr. Berenstein is a certified Functional Range Systems provider, including certifications in Functional Range Assessment (FRA), Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), and Functional Range Release (FR). Additionally, Dr. Berenstein is certified in Graston Technique, Cold Laser Therapy, and Custom Orthotics.
Dr. Berenstein provides evidence-informed chiropractic care, and various manual therapy techniques and modalities. Dr. B emphasizes mobility training for rehabilitation and functional optimization. His diagnostic and assessment techniques blend orthopaedic testing with a functional movement assessment.
