Born and raised in Surrey, BC, Dr. Micaela blends a lifelong love of movement with a passion for helping people overcome pain. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her practice focuses on chronic pain, shoulder complaints, headaches, and sports injuries—but she works with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re a runner, CrossFit athlete, busy parent, or desk worker, her care is personalized, evidence-based, and designed to fit your lifestyle and goals. Treatment might include manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, rehab exercises, or simple strategies to help you move better day to day. Dr. Micaela creates a supportive space where questions are welcome, and your progress is the priority. As a former multi-sport athlete and long-time softball pitcher, she knows how frustrating pain and injury can be. She now stays active through functional strength training and long-distance running—and loves working with patients who want to stay active in their own way, whatever that looks like.
