I am passionate about empowering individuals on their unique journeys toward self-acceptance and discovery. Whether you are going through a challenging time or perhaps you just need someone to talk to, I am here to help. I take an integrative, client-centered approach to create a supportive space where each session is tailored to your unique needs and personal preferences. I believe in fostering a therapeutic bond built on mutual trust and collaboration. My work as a naturopath has allowed me to recognize the value of taking a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit to ensure your unique experiences and needs are at the forefront of our work together. I blend a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, solution-focused, client-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I am committed to being present for your stories and reflections while making every effort to incorporate your feedback throughout our sessions to help ensure your needs are being met. My number one goal is to support you in developing a greater understanding of yourself given your unique experiences, current circumstances, and personal preferences while also empowering you to recognize strengths that help you navigate life’s challenges.
