Dr. Adams’ practice philosophy is to focus on re-training the body and correcting the faulty movement pattern that is causing pain. She does this by applying a multifaceted approach including manual therapy and rehabilitation exercise which is designed individually for each patient. Dr. Adams offers a variety of manual therapy options including: spinal manipulation & mobilization, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy and cupping. Postural education is included as a key component in all of her treatment plans.
