Mary is a Naturopathic Doctor who is energetically passionate about making healthy lifestyle choices, both for ourselves and the environment. She focuses on understanding each individual’s health story, identifying patterns of imbalance and disease and developing a custom treatment plan to address any areas of the body requiring support. She is excited to help patients realize their potential for health and guide them on a journey to recovery and health optimization. Mary welcomes all patients to her practice. She has a special interest in digestive health, reproductive and hormonal health.
