About Mark

Dr. Mark Smith grew up in "The Valley" and completed his Family Medicine Residency training in 2013 through the University of Saskatchewan. With a strong desire to gain experience in as many aspects of his field and patient care as possible, he worked for 9 years as a family practitioner, while also working part time in inpatient care and emergency medicine. Most recently Dr. Smith has transitioned to a full time role as a physician with the Canadian Military so that he could work closer to home & his family. Always having had an interest in procedural medicine, he is excited to bring his skill set and experience to patients who are looking for cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator treatments in Greenwood Nova Scotia! Mark feels fortunate to have these opportunities to work back in the Valley, where he can spend as much quality time with his wife, son and all their animals as possible.
